Privacy Promise to You: Please be assured we will not use any of your personal information in any way other than it's intended use. Nor will we advertise your name, or divulge any information obtained during private readings or any other correspondence received during a private setting.
Your personal details will only be used for the original purpose for which it was obtained. We adhere to treating your privacy with the utmost of respect, and to keep all private matters private.

TERMS OF USE AND LEGAL RESTRICTIONS

Username / Password In order to access certain areas of the site, and to perform certain tasks, you are required to provide a username, password and valid e-mail address. Bear in mind that all information you provide becomes public information. You should therefore exercise caution when deciding to share your personal information. You are given the option to hide our e-mail address in your profile. Pathways administration however may from time to time despatch e-mails to you with news or event updates or information pertaining to the site.

User Accounts You are required to hold secure your username and your password as strictly confidential. This means that you should not allow other people to use or to sign in with your user account.
One account only per person is allowed. Any members found to be sharing profiles, impersonating other members or people, or using duplicate accounts, will have their accounts irrevocably removed, or permanently locked.
We also insist that you use the same username throughout the site, this includes the forums and any chat room. Using alternative usenames in the chat rooms other than the username you registered with, will result in you being banned from all chat rooms.
The onus is upon you to keep your email address up to date, if your email address becomes invalid your membership will be cancelled. You can login with your username and password to change information in your profile at any time.

User Conduct Unfortunately, since August 2003, have been forced to implement the following:
Links, and or contact details are not permitted anywhere on the site or in the forums or in any of the chat rooms. Links, websites or services advertised or promoted in the chat room, in the forums, or anywhere on the site are also not permitted. Only administrators are permitted to post links. If you wish to promote your or other website/services via any means please contact the Pathways Administrator(s). The promotion or advertisement via the means of posting links or via the means of invitation or suggestion can unfortunately, due to past misuse, no longer be accepted. Pathways is an environment for learning and expansion, and is not to be considered a free and easy platform for the promotion or advertisement of any website or any service. Referrals to other websites or services may only be made via direct referral to the weblinks section on our homepage, if such website or service is listed in our weblinks section. You may submit your website to our weblinks section, where it will appear once your submission has been approved.

The purpose of Pathways is to provide her members with an opportunity to expand themselves, particularly in the area of spirituality. Pathways is not intended as a psychic reading site. This means that no readings will be tolerated, in any of our chat rooms, unless such reader is a current PathHelper, the reading is given in the presence of a PathHelper, or in a monitored environment, such as a monitored chat session. Posting requests for readings in our forums or in any of our chat rooms, or other areas of the site, is not permitted.

You agree that you will not post any spam nor any repetitive non sensical messages. You also agree that you will not post any copyrighted material that is not owned by yourself. In your use of these forums and chat rooms, you agree that you will not post any information which is vulgar, harassing, hateful, defamatory, slanderous, threatening, invading of others privacy, sexually oriented, (towards known or unknown persons), or otherwise violative of ANY laws.

Administrative Conduct Although the administrators of Path-ways will attempt to keep all objectionable messages off this forum, it is impossible for us to review all messages. All messages express the views of the author, and the owner(s) of Path-ways will not be held responsible for the content of any message.
Pathways reserves the right to delete, move or edit any User Content (including User Content posted in any interactive area) that it may determine, in its sole discretion, violates these Terms of Service or is otherwise unacceptable. You shall remain solely responsible for all User Content posted by you. Pathways shall have the right, but not the obligation, to correct any errors or omissions in any User Content, as it may determine in its sole discretion.
Pathways, in its sole discretion, may terminate your password, account, registration, or use of the Site, for any reason. You agree that any such termination may be effected without prior notice, and that Pathways may immediately deactivate or delete your account or any related information and files in your account or bar further access to such files or the Site. You agree that Pathways shall not be liable to you or any third party for any such termination.

No Endorsement. Pathways does not represent or endorse the accuracy or reliability of any User Content posted on any interactive area and you acknowledge that any reliance upon such User Content shall be at your sole risk. Any User Content placed on any interactive area by users are the views of the user posting the statement, and do not represent the views of Pathways.

Acceptance of Terms of Service By using this website, you signify your assent to the terms and conditions contained herein (as amended from time to time). If you do not agree to be bound by its terms, we politely ask that you do not use this site. A violation to any of the above mentioned terms will result in your account being partially or completely locked or removed. The decision to lock or remove an account is not reversible.
