a few thoughts today

When someone cannot hear what you are trying to tell them
Put them in the picture and show them the things you hear
When they cannot read what you have to say
Play some music and allow those songs to resonate
Within those empty cavities
When another cannot see allow them to feel
What they have never felt before to allow the darkness to lift
And illuminate their souls
When a person cannot speak give them an instrument that will allow them to show everyone how truly gifted they are
When you are bound in captivity that you are unable to break free from
Look beyond those boundaries and understand that the only cages that lock you away, are the ones that keep your hearts safe from harm
